6 week SUBLET double room in Harringay Green Lanes

Looking to sublet my double room in Harringay Green Lanes in North London (N4) for 6 weeks from 15th July. £750 pcm (excluding bills). Bills vary from month to month but are usually never more than £180. Council tax band C.

The room: the room is such a lovely space, at the top of the flat so feels very cosy and separate. It gets heaps of light with the velux windows and is a great space to unwind at the end of a day! You’d be sharing with 2 other tenants, both male in their mid 20s and early 30s.

The area: the best bit about the area is how well connected it is and that you really have everything you need on your doorstep.

It’s a 5 minute walk to Harringay train station, 8 minute walk to Harringay Green Lanes overground and 15 minute walk to Manor House tube station. Plus lots of frequent buses. You can be in central London within 15 minutes from Manor House.

Big sainos, Aldi, gym group, TKMAXX, tesco, Iceland and loads of other shops within a 10 minute walk. With two local whole foods shops nearby and lots of great pubs and bars. But quiet enough on the road that you won’t be disturbed at night as it’s on the Harringay Ladder (and also feels very safe).
