Is very quiet, private, and very good size, has view to the gardens, the main entrance is shared with two flats, the house is actually coming unfurnished but there is all my furniture to use and the wardrobe in the bedroom from the landlord and the possibility to buy furnitures from my flatmate and bed.

Crouch end is 12 mins walk and Finsbusy Park is 15 mins away, bus 24 hours and the close shop is 1 minute away.

The rent is 1.000 for month plus bills. Around 1.80 a month.
One month for deposit to leave at the agenzy.

It’s a very lovely and family neighbourhood with independent bars, brunch, restaurants - a great sense of community. Wonderful parks and the forest to walk. A quiet and safe area to live in.
