Double Room in Haringay with En-suite - 1150£

Hello there, my name is Julius and I have a room to rent out in my lovely flat just off Green Lanes. I am looking for a roommate to join the flat and bring the vibes :) Available from early October.

A bit about the room/flat:

- Double bed available partly furnished (Bed + Mattress, one Wardrobe, one closet)
- Full bathroom with Shower/Bath for personal use (Occasional sharing when guests stay over, otherwise its yours as I have my own bathroom)
- 2/3 Bedroom flat (One bedroom currently functions as an office/ spare bedroom, but the flat will remain a two person household)
- 2.5 Baths (2 Full baths + 1 Toilet)
- 2 floors so you'll get lots of steps in
- New build
- Miele kitchen appliances
- Dishwasher
- Washer + dryer in separate room
- Private Balcony in the flat
- Shared Garden space with other tenants.
- Bike shed
- Cleaner every two weeks! (Included in price)
- 2nd/ 3rd Floor (Fob key access everywhere so very safe!)

A bit about me:

- 29 year old German
- Work in Higher Education
- Main interests include film, music, food, and sport. I love going to the cinema and am crazy about film, so anyone with a penchant for good (and bad) cinema is always welcome. If I'm not watching films I'm listening to music, either on my earpods or surround speakers in the kitchen/ living room (Maybe yours soon?) with main genres being RnB and Hip- Hop, but anything goes really. I love staying active and go to the local gym a lot as well as cycling most places. In the evenings when I unwind I love to cook and am always keen to try out new recipes.
- I've been in London for over 6 years now and I love the city and the diversity it brings in terms of people, food, arts, culture and frequently like to partake in all of it, whether that be a play, a comedy show, a new restaurant, a farmers market, or whatever else that's fun that London has to offer.

A bit about you:

- No gender preference
- Ideally working professional
- Are 25-35, ideally with similar interests to mine, but this is not a prerequisite.
- An extroverted introvert! Someone who enjoys having fun and has an active social life and diverse and creative interests, but can also easily wind-down and have a chill one. Balance is key! I really want to feel like I'm coming home to someone I get along with and call a friend, I think this makes living together much more conducive for both of us.

Most bills are included (Council tax, internet (1GB Fibre Optic), service charge, electricity, cleaner). Bills that are excluded are water + heating (Approx. 50£ per month, higher in winter, lower in summer).
