Looking for a considerate person /couple to share with two friendly, professional flat mates in a large modern duplex flat with outside space.
I am the landlord but I only stay in the flat one night a week as I live outside London now. So although the listing is with a 'live-in landlord' I'm really a live-out landlord. I work in the music industry and work from my London office two days a week and the one night I'm in London I'm often out at gigs.
So in reality you will be sharing the flat full time with Teesh and Suf who are a professional couple from Auckland, New Zealand who work in advertising. Both are in there late 20’s, and have a love for food, photography & cinema; in their spare time/weekends they’re out and about either traveling or finding London’s best bakeries!
Teesh and Suf will be involved meeting potential new housemates and ultimately will be the ones to choose who moves in.
They are really nice, considerate, clean housemates who keep the place neat and tidy. Please note this is not a party flat.
Their room is on the top floor and has an en-suite bathroom, your room is on the ground floor and next door to the master bathroom so you get that bathroom to yourself mostly, hence the listing being for an en-suite room.
The duplex flat is spacious and modern, neutrally decorated. As it is set over 2 floors it feels like a house.
The available double bedroom is on the lower ground floor, has a large double wardrobe, drawers and bed, with doors leading out to a small enclosed outside area. Also on the lower ground is one other bedroom (used 1 night a week by myself) and a clean, modern bathroom.
The large open plan living/kitchen area is also on the lower ground floor. It has bifold doors that open on to a private paved patio area which has attractive planting and seating. An outside staircase takes you up to an enclosed private sun terrace. There is a dishwasher and washer dryer, heating is provided by underfloor heating. There is a bicycle parking area and a space to park 1 car.
The apartment is in central Haringay/Green Lanes but is tucked away in a small gated development (1 of only 4 flats ) so it feels very quiet. It is a 5/10 min walk to Finsbury Park🌳 , Manor House tube station is 5 min bus ride, Seven Sisters tube station is 20 mins walk and Harrngay Green lanes overground and Harringay train station are both close by. At the end of the road are all the restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores of Green Lanes.
All bills including Council tax and broadband are included. There are no additional costs. We offer a six month minimum stay but open to longer periods too
