Single room in Harringay with 2 friendly gals 🏡

Hey everyone,

One of our lovely housemates is leaving so myself (Izzy, 23) and Ella (24) are looking for a someone new to join us. We have a 1st floor single room available from the 10th August in Harringay.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and likes to keep things tidy. We occasionally have house meals, will go out to eat together, and often end up chatting in the kitchen. We would like someone who wants to make the place a home 🏡 

About the house:

We have a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden.

The contract is a year long. Rent is £760 per month including all bills, though this may go up in winter because of the *ridiculous* energy prices (by approx £30 a month).

The area:

The area is great and there are a ton of shops, restaurants and pubs within a 5 min walk. The nearest station is Harringay Green Lanes (overground) or Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line). We are also within walking distance of Seven Sisters and Manor House stations.
