Modern and cosy double room in friendly home

Hi! I'm moving to Cambridge for 10 months and am looking for a replacement for my room during this period (with a little flexibility). Our home is cosy and welcoming, and we’re looking for someone chill to join our little household.

The House

The house is in a lovely neighbourhood on a quiet street near Harringay Green Lanes. The house is modern, spacious and bright, it has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cute garden with a shed and bbq, lots of storage (including a large attic), a spacious kitchen (ideal for anyone who loves to cook) and a homely vibe throughout.

The Room

The room has a double bed and includes a chest of drawers.
It has a good amount of space to fit in a desk and chair. I've chosen to have a clothes rail but it does fit a wardrobe. The rent is £850 excluding bills. Bills are around £150 to £200 per month. The deposit is a little higher than advertised as we do not split the rent equally but do split the deposit equally.

The Housemates

My housemates are three professionals who are such kind and generous people, I am very sad to leave! We’ve been friends and living together for the past 4 years, so it’s a really friendly and welcoming environment. We hang out often, whether during the week or just chilling on the weekend but also have a good balance between socialising and respecting alone re-charging time.

Who We’re Looking For

A professional who’s laid back, tidy (happy to join our chore rota), and wants to keep this a great place to live. :) As we’ve been living together for around 4 years now, we love the fact that we made this house a home. We want to find someone who wants to be part of that.

Move in date can be a little flexible but ideally would move within a week or so of that date.
