The new housemates will share one bathroom / shower. The rooms come fully furnished with ample wardrobe space and drawers.
COSTS
Single Room (3/4 bed): Rent is £750pcm
Double Room (double bed): Rent is £830pcm
Bills: split between 3 (typically average around £100-£120 per person each month)
Deposit of £800 payable directly to the Landlady.
THE AREA
- Finsbury Park is only 10 mins walk away
- There are great transport links with Green Lanes (Overground) less than 10 mins walk, and Manor House / Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) 15 mins walk. Finsbury Park station (Victoria Line) is around 10-15 mins away via bus
- There are lots of great restaurants and pubs / bars on nearby Green Lanes, plus Tesco is less than 5 mins walk away. There is also a nearby retail park which has lots of useful shops
AVAILABILITY
The rooms are available from early October (flexible) though move-in date would need to be before 16 October
CURRENT HOUSEMATE
One female, 32. Plus 2 x new housemates for the vacant rooms. So there will be 3 housemates in total once the vacant rooms are filled.
