7 week let in north london

Looking for someone to fill a room asap until 17th sep in Harringay (N4) as our housemate is moving out before end of the tenancy (we’re moving out at end of tenancy but I’m sure landlord would be happy with you living there for the next year if you found people to join you)

-Small double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers but no desk (would need to be someone who doesn’t work from home)
-£685 (excluding bills)
-quiet and safe area, 10min walk to Aldi/Sainsbury’s/ Finsbury Park /pub
-14min walk to Manor House or Seven Sisters tube and 10 min walk to nearest bus stop

You’d be living with Emily (25), Holly(27) and Me (25) so we are looking for someone around a similar age who’d ideally be up for socialising as a group
