Looking for a professional to take over my lease in North London! This flat is in a great location, with access to three stations and multiple bus stops within walking distance: Harringay station (3 mins), Haringgay Green Lanes (6 mins), Manor House Station (15 mins). There is also a shopping centre and gym located within in walking distance (10 mins). And Finsbury Park is just around the corner!

An ideal tenant would be friendly, responsible and tidy. Looking for someone who is transparent and honest, and is respectful of personal boundaries and space, but is also interested in being social and going with the flow. After a long day of teaching, we like to unwind quietly or with a pick-me-up - depends on the day! Wanting someone who is aware of the above, but also enjoys a good laugh and some adventure.
