Double room available in friendly house

A spacious double room in a friendly house, available from September 2024.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and draws. It’s located at the downstairs front of the house with large bay windows that allow for plenty of natural light. Very suitable for WFH as its fairly quiet + strong WIFI connection.

The house has a large kitchen (inc 2 fridges), living room, garden, 2 bathrooms. Just a 10 min walk to both Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly) and Harringay Green Lanes (Overground), the house is located off Green Lanes which has all your shops, pubs, restaurants, GP & dentists etc.

You’d be living with 4 others, Lydia, Greg, Rebecca, and Eddy. All super lovely social people, impossible not to get on with!

Lydia - works for a charity, likes wild swimming, travel, music, films and dancing.
Greg - works for a charity and loves a nice cosy film night and watching new things, heading down to the pub for some after work drinks / a quiz night and I like trying to cook new dishes (not always successfully).
Rebecca - a graphic designer from Ireland. She loves to go to gigs, reading, travelling and catching up over a pint.
Eddy - vfx artist and filmmaker. Enjoys weightlifting, raves, photography, walks in nature and cooking. Collector of plants and an amateur DJ.

Rent is £700/month not including bills, which are roughly £100/month. We deal with the landlord directly. I’m planning on moving out on the 8th of Sept but this may change by a day or two.
