Double room in friendly houseshare

We have a double room available to rent in our social flat on vibrant Stroud Green Road, close to an array of iconic shops, pubs, and restaurants. With great access into central London and to local amenities.

We are a friendly flat of working professionals, who have worked hard to make our flat a homely, welcoming place and are looking for a social flatmate to join us.

The shared living spaces are generally spacious, with a living room which gets plenty of sun, kitchen with ample storage and prep space, and a private roof terrace.

Current flatmates include:
Rosie (myself) - a vegan chef
Alex - an operations manager
Angus - a teacher.

Please note that the rent will be £500 for the month of September only, the flat contract is up in October and the new rent will likely be between £650-£700.

For students applying, we will only invite you to viewings if you are willing to contribute to council tax.
