Long-term room to let from Sept

Hello,
We are looking for a long-term housemate to share our house in Harringay. Read below to find out more and send us a message if you are keen, telling us about yourself.

House:
It's a 4 bed house with lots of communal space, including a living room, dining room/kitchen and garden. There is one bathroom. All the rooms are a good size. The house is away from the main road so is pretty quiet.

The room:
A fair-sized double room. Comes furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The current tenant would also consider leaving her mirror, bookshelf and bedside table, for a small fee.

Bills:
The room is £690 a month. Bills come to an additional £100/£120 or so per month (depending on usage) for gas, electric, water, internet and council tax. Council tax is Band D.

Deposit:
It is one month's rent in advance, as well as a deposit (TBC by the lettings agent) which is likely to be the equivalent of one month's rent.

Public transport:
Our nearest tube station is Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line), which is about a 10 minute walk. Hornsey rail station is also about a 10 minute walk away. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walk, for the 29, 141 and 341 buses.

Area:
The house is on a quiet, residential road. We are off Green Lanes, so lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to Wood Green or Crouch End for shops, cinemas, gym etc. Several supermarkets nearby. Very convenient.

Move-in date:
7th September is the start of a new 12-month tenancy agreement. The move-in date reflects this.

About us:
Once our flatmate has moved out, there will be three of us - Jess, Lisa and Stef. Jess works in architecture, Lisa is a teacher and Stef works in TV/film. We are respectful and courteous to each other. The house is a quiet, relaxed space, so would suit a mature, professional person. We would prefer another female to take over the room, aged roughly 25-45, to keep with the feel of the house.
