Top floor bedroom in Harringay Warehouse District

Hi! We're looking for a 4-5 month sublet starting end of August/beginning of September in the Harringay Warehouse District. You'd have your own room on the top floor of the warehouse, so it's not too noisy and you have your own space.

The warehouse is above New River Studios, a pub which holds gigs, events, painting classes and more. Everyone you'd be living with is incredibly friendly and loves to chill as a house or in New River, or head out to some of the parties in the area. If you don't feel like going out though, no one will pressure you!

We have our own art area too, if you're a creative type, and there is a fridge room and 3 bathrooms. We don't tend to have many problems sharing any of our communal spaces and everyone gets along well!

On top of rent there is a £15 kitty for buying toilet paper, soap, any communal cleaning items we may need, and the heating bill will be added every month. This is usually between £10-40, depending on the weather.

There is also a little cat who lives in the warehouse too and is very sweet and friendly.

I'm flexible with furniture, too, so let me know what you want me to leave behind!
