Big double room for rent in Harringay Ladder

We have a furnished big double room in Harringay Ladder for £830 per week. It's in a really lovely house that we're about to sign the tenancy for. There's a separate living room and a garden! The video is of the room as the last tenant had it so its super messy and doesn't look as large as it is!

We're a group of four girls who are all working/looking for work, and we really want a house where everyone is friends not just flatmates.

The location is amazing, Harringay Ladder is right above Finsbury park and has loads of transport so its very quick into central london (Piccadilly (Manor House), overground, national rail and lots of buses). There's loads of really cute cafes, pubs and lots of big shops like Aldi, Sainsbury's and a TK Maxx.

The only catch is that we've just had one of our friends drop out due to personal reasons so we need someone who is ready to submit all the referencing (professional and landlord + rent affordability/guarantor) by Tuesday or Wednesday by the latest!
