The area is basically inscribed in the Green Lanes: main amenities and shops such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, off-licences and chemists are just 5mins walk. Same for Salisbury pub, Brouhaha and Jam In a Jar. Main bus are 29, 341, 141.
- Small double room including new mattress+frame, desk, armchair and wardrobe is £510pm;
- Double en-suite with private bathroom is £700pm.
BILLS (councils, water, scottish power and internet) are roughly £70/80 in summertime, £100/120 during winter.
A regular contract will be issued by the agency.
