Hello! - one double room is available in our lovely, bright 3-bed ground floor flat in Harringay, just off bustling Green Lanes.

The flat has modern interior with all the amenities you need and a thriving front garden and less-thriving back garden (but with loads of potential!!) Keen gardeners very welcome! 🍅🫛🌻

The flat is really spacious with a large living room and kitchen, a hallway running through the whole property (giving privacy between bedrooms) and two bathrooms (one an en-suite for one of the rooms, and the larger bathroom shared).
The space is very chilled, colourful, and comfortable. The flat was originally unfurnished but I have collected enough furniture to kit out the communal spaces (more furniture welcome...more plants welcome!).

The bedroom is a double, cosy, and unfurnished or part-furnished as your preference (double bed with storage underneath and clothes rail available for free).

Looking for a lovely, friendly, clean, respectful person to join the flat.

You will be living with two women - Cat (32) and Anya (25). We’re easy-going, independent, and work hard. The flat is an enjoyable, relaxing place to come home to and we’re looking for someone who would fit into the environment we’ve created.

Cat is a recent MFA grad and works in an art school and Anya is a nurse.

The area the flat is situated is super nice with lots of nearby parks, including three smaller parks towards Tottenham, and larger parks like Finsbury Park (about a 15-20 min walk) and Clissold Park (about 30-35 min walk).

Cafes and bakeries and bars are all starting to pop-up on Green Lanes and surrounding streets. Also lots of yummy Turkish restaurants line the main street. Crouch End, Finsbury Park and Stoke Newington are all fairly close and very easy to get to.

The area is brilliant for cycling with more and more cycle paths popping up all around.
