Double room w lovely garden in Manor House

The flatmates

3 ladies (mid 20s - 30) working in a mixture of industries. All flatmates are friendly, lovely and respectful. Each has their own social lives but we do love to natter, have the odd pizza and wine etc., together.

The house

We live in a beautiful 2 storey Victorian house just off Green Lanes. The flat has 4 bedrooms, a sitting room, a big bathroom, and another small toilet, kitchen and a fantastic large garden.

The room

A lovely ground floor double bedroom (part furnished). It’s available from the 7th October but this is negotiable. It’s £775pcm plus bills.

The location

There is an abundance of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants within walking distance on Green Lanes. A few of our faves include - The Salisbury, Dusty Knuckle and Gokyuzu.

The transport

The house is in a great spot for transport links:
- 8-10 minutes to Harringay Green Lanes station
- 15-20 minutes’ walk to Seven Sisters station, Manor House and Turnpike Lane station.
There are also several bus routes at either end of the road that take you all around London, including good night buses.

The boring things you need to know
The room is not available to couples.
No pets allowed.
Current contract is till April 17th 2025
You must be able to provide 3 x payslips/bank statements from the last 3 months proving a steady income.
1 month of rent will be required as a deposit.
