Hello!

We're looking for someone to welcome into our warm, homely warehouse unit in Harringey, North London. We're two friendly guys in our 30s and are looking for someone around the same age who'll fit in and enjoy living with us.

The warehouse is just 10 minutes from Seven Sisters, Manor House, and Stamford Hill stations, all offering excellent links to Central London and easy access to airports. It’s also close to Stoke Newington and Hackney, with plenty of parks nearby like Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, and the beautiful Woodberry Wetlands, which even has a watersports centre and a climbing castle.

Rent is £690 per month, excluding utilities. The room is a semi-furnished double bedroom that comes with a mattress, desk, clothes hanger, and cupboard. You’ll also have the freedom to furnish and decorate the room however you like!

In terms of shared spaces, we have a cozy living room, kitchen, and bathroom, which we all share. As for us, we’re two laid-back guys in our 30s who enjoy travelling, football, and music. One of us works in marketing for a startup tech company, and the other is a nightlife and football photographer who also works in a restaurant.

The warehouse has Wi-Fi, a washing machine for laundry, and parking can be arranged if needed. Move-in is available from 1st October, and you can stay for as long as you like, with flexible terms.

We already have a young cat called Floki, and we’re open to having another pet around, but we’ll need to consider how they’ll get along with Floki.
