YOUR ROOM: The bedroom is generously proportioned; 3.2 x 3.5m, with a lovely large, south easterly facing window which looks over the downstairs flats garden (off the road, nice and quiet) for gazing or enjoying the crisp north London air. The room will come furnished with a bed, small wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
THE FLAT: has gas central heating, gas hobs in the kitchen and there’s also a bath in the main bathroom, if you are so inclined. Kim has an ensuite upstairs so you'd be sharing the bathroom with one other. The living room and kitchen are a nice size and open plan. It’s a really beautiful flat, it feels homely and calming, with lots of natural light for our growing collection of houseplants (please bring more)! The flat occupies the first and second story of the house; the stairs are narrow and steep so please bare this in mind with any access requirements. Not a party flat, and we have (lovely) downstairs neighbour’s of a similar age- but we’re not loud party girls. We’re more a chilled, relaxed vibe!
LOCATION: Green Lanes is one of the best places in London, if you’re not familiar with the area, think balmy summer nights and vibrant, high grade Turkish cuisine. We’re closer to Turnpike Lane (7 mins) than Harringay Overground (15 mins) or Seven Sisters station (15mins)
US: Clary is 32 and works at a school as an art technician, Kim is 31 and works as a video editor and standup comedian, we both really get along and would like someone to come out to comedy shows with us and fit the friendly vibe the flat holds. We’re looking for someone clean, calm, sociable and friendly to replace the lovely Maddie, who is moving in with her wonderful partner.
Due to the cozy size of the flat, it is not appropriate for those who work from home, as the space can feel cramped and restrictive.

The move in date is 16th September, so all paperwork (references, proof of income etc) to be arranged before, which is now pretty urgent. We found the perfect person but their references weren't accepted by the agency as they had gaps in their employment which is gutting but real.
