Double room in house with garden

We are looking for someone to join our 4-person house near Green Lanes, Harringay.

We're 3 guys age 24-25. 2 of us are PhD students and the other is working. We're looking for someone sociable and easygoing and up for the occasional pub trip and gig. We're mainly looking for another working person.

The house is spacious with a good-sized garden. There are 4 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen (2 sets of: hobs; ovens; sinks; fridges), and a washing machine.

The room is a first-floor double bedroom (fully furnished). It's available from Oct 1 (or maybe a few days earlier). The rent is £750 pm plus bills, which come to around 50 not including council tax (band D). The internet is 1Gbps.

The area is nice - the house is on a quiet side road next to a small park, and on Green Lanes proper there are some good restaurants, pubs etc and some large supermarkets. It's maybe a 15 minute walk to Manor House/Turnpike Lane/Seven Sisters station and less to Green Lanes overground or Harringay rail station.
