Small Room In Lovely Communal Home

We are looking for a thoughtful, happy, stable and generous-spirited person, responsible and practical Ideally female in their 25 - 50s to be part of our house hold.

(not ideally suited for someone planning to work from home.)

We have a lovely single room for rent looking on to south facing gardens; built in wardrobe and draws with single bed in a Victorian House with original features; there is a shared bathroom, separate toilet. The kitchen and eating area is large with a sunny conservatory opening out onto a pretty garden. There is a long dining table and this where most of the social action happens.

Household We are friendly creative professionals, thoughtful, considerate eco minded, queer /straight & non binary household. We enjoy cooking and sharing weekly meals, like to keep the house clean and tidy. Interests include going to exhibitions, seeing films, learning new things, yoga in the park, singing, gardening, growing, socialising while also respectful of each other’s space and being able to return home to a safe space at the end of the day.

The area is lively and multicultural, close to a variety of great shops and restaurants. Excellent public transport. Easy access to the City and West End - locally close to Crouch End and Wood Green and a short walk to Finsbury Park, which has tennis courts, basketball court, running track and outdoor gym.

Buses: 341, 141, 29 (30-40 min into central London) Towards Waterloo, The City, London Bridge, West End

TfL Overground Haringey Green Lanes and Network Rail Hornsey & Harringay stations all within 10mins walk.
