We are looking for someone to takeover a large double room in a big house in Haringey from the first week of October.

Monthly rent is £983 with bills included.

The room comes furnished with a new bedframe, chest of drawers, book shelf + wardrobe. Addiotnally the room was recently fitted with brand new windows.

There is a large kitchen/dining area/living room, two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower, a big garden and a laundry space. There is also a basement and small shed outside.

The flatmates are a group of creative and sociable people who like to keep the house a relaxed chill environment where everyone cleans up after themselves + is respectful of each other. Not a party house. We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household. Sorry, no couples or pets allowed.

The house is situated just off Green Lanes and only a walk away from Green Lanes superstores, Wood Green and Finsbury Park. In terms of transport its a walk away from Turnpike Lane, Manot House, Haringey Green Lanes station (overground), and Haringey Station. There is also a bus stop 1 min away from our road.
