HUGE double room in friendly Harringay houseshare

We are looking for someone to take over a huge double room in a large house in Haringey. The room is available from 21st September, and ideally you could move in on or close to that date, but no later than beginning of October.

The monthly rent is currently £1100 with bills included. The landlord makes small rent increases each year of 4%.

The room comes furnished with a new bedframe, chest of drawers, desk, book shelf and wardrobe. Additionally the room was recently fitted with brand new windows.

There is a large kitchen/dining area/living room, two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower, a big garden and a laundry space. There is also a basement and space to park your bike in case you need.

We are a group of creative and sociable people who like to keep the house a relaxed chill environment, where everyone cleans up after themselves + is respectful of each other. We are not a party house but enjoy socialising in the common areas. We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household.

The house is situated on the Harringey Ladder, just off Green Lanes and a short walk away from Finsbury Park.

In terms of transport, all of these stations are approx 10-15 min walk away:

Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly), Manor House (Piccadilly), Harringey Green Lanes (Overground), Haringey Station (Thameslink).

There is also a bus stop 1 min away from our road.
