2 double bedrooms available just off of Green Lanes, Harringay, from 6th October with new lease renewing on 29th October for 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

The rooms:

1st Double - £820pcm + bills – fully furnished with a desk, downstairs.

2nd (larger) Double - £940pcm + bills – fully furnished with a desk, upstairs at the front of the house – beautiful bay windows and so light!!

The lease renews on 29th October. Until then it will be a sublet for £770pcm and £890pcm.

Amenities – we are 10 min walk from Sainsburys, Aldi, Superdrug, Poundland, Mcdonalds, TKMaxx, etc. Green Lanes also has lots of Turkish Supermarkets and restaurants selling Turkish Cuisine. We often also head to Finsbury Park to go to the Faltering Fullback (it sees us about once a week).

Transport – 15 min walk or a short bus ride to Manor House or Turnpike lane with access to Piccadilly line, easy access from there to Finsbury Park for trains and Victoria Line. Buses that get to Dalston/Stoke Newington within 30 mins, also buses that head to London Bridge, Camden, Soho, Trafalgar Square etc.

The house – 4 bed 1 bathroom (separate bath and toilet hellooo) with a living room, garden and large kitchen. Me and AJ are hoping to make it more homely especially with winter approaching so we would really love someone who wants to get involved in that too 😊 We are hoping to thrift most of the new stuff so if you would like to come along with us!!! The landlord is quite nice and responds to our requests for items.

About us:

We are AJ (26) and Amelia (26) and we work in sales and research management. We are both quite extroverted girlies who love a range of music from pop, punk, metal to techno. I (Amelia) love reading, writing and listening to poetry, festivals, philosophy, sociology, music, socializing, tv & film, going to Brighton for a cold dip in the sea, crafts, a cheeky Sunday trip to UNFOLD.
& AJ loves thrifting, exploring museums, markets & a boozy brunch, but also always up for seeing live music, quiz nights, “small plates” or grabbing for a pint in an old man bar. I love my chill evenings in, reading, painting & movie nights :)

We <3 our daily coffee and ciggy time in the garden when we are working from home. This isn’t exactly a ‘party’ house but we do sometimes have people round for drinks which can go into the early morning hours but we try to be respectful of noise and mess. We also want to embrace sober activities and would love someone who would like to join the gym with us, go thrifting, go to gigs, to the cinema etc. We would also like to have movie and wine nights on a week night, and make more communal meals together. We are having a Halloween party at the beginning of November so we would love you to invite your friends and for everyone to meet!!
