Lovely double bedroom, opposite the Salisbury ✨️

Hello,

We have a lovely double room that's available as a sublet until April 28th. The flat is calm & friendly in Harringay.

The room: Bright open double, unfurnished.

You would be living with:

Heather (f) an actor and comedian who works in events during the daytimes. Occasionally working from home. Very clean and calm, likes a giggle, movies, sports and cooking.

George (m), a freelance technician who does improv. George loves a chat, playing games and is an all round friendly soul.

We each take it in turns to clean the communal areas each week and like to keep the place tidy so we are looking for someone who will respect the place and look after it.

We hang out together when time allows but equally often have a lot going on individually. Always up for a chat when we do see each other in the house.

We want someone calm, clean and friendly to add to our supportive kind home 🏡

Room is £759 a month, due before 28th each month.
Bills come to around £150 each.
Deposit is £633

Contract is until April 28th 2025
