Lovely double bedroom, opposite the Salisbury ✨️

Hello,

We have a lovely double room that's available end of October in our calm friendly house in Harringay. The flat is just off the buzzy Green lanes, right opposite the Salisbury pub.

The room: Bright open double, unfurnished but the room does come with a mirror, desk and mounted shelf (all of which can be removed if that's the preference).

You would be living with:

Heather (f) an actor and comedian who works in events during the daytimes. Occasionally working from home. Very clean and calm, likes a giggle, movies, sports and cooking.

George (m), a freelance technician who does improv. George loves a chat, playing games and is an all round friendly soul.

We each take it in turns to clean the communal areas each week and like to keep the place tidy so we are looking for someone who will respect the place and look after it.

We hang out together when time allows but equally often have a lot going on individually. Always up for a chat when we do see each other in the house.

We want someone calm, clean and friendly to add to our supportive kind home 🏡

Room is £759 a month, due before 28th each month.
Bills come to around £124, we each share the bills so you will likely take over the Broadband.
Deposit is £633
The room is available end of October.
