This a two floor beautiful house in Haringey. Bus stop at the door for 341. 10 minute walk to Haringey Green Lanes Overground Station and 15 to Manor House and Seven Sisters.
The house has a spacious kitchen with lots of light, with 1 bedroom and a WIP living room downstairs. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, including the room to let and a backgarden.
Lots of cafes and restaurants near by on green lanes.

We are 3 people all from creative freelance backgrounds but you don't need to be. We´re looking for someone calm, reliable and sociable.
We're not a party or late night household beyond birthdays, xmas and bbq's. Pets considered.
Rent is 650. Bills are just over 100, plus water charged twice a year and electricty going up in the winter.
