Finding replacement student to take over my ensuit

Hey guys, I’m very sad to leave this lovely household after living here for a year.

It’s a private student accommodation, with free bike storage, newly refurbished flats and common amenities( just finished refurbishment this year!)

265 pw all bills included
Must be a student currently enrolled
The contract starts from 9th of October til mid September next year.

You will be sharing kitchen with four other uni students who are all very lovely and tidy

You:
Must be clean and tidy and respect for others space and time
No big party unless agreed by all the flatmates

The accommodation will hire a professional cleaner after I move out on the 8th to clean the room for you to move in on the 9th. The cleaning fee is 50 pounds.
