Double room in 4 bed house (garden, near tube)

We're looking for a new housemate for a sublet of 5 months but can be flexible on the time.

This lovely double room is at the top of the house and gets loads of natural light. It comes with a bed and an optional desk and chair and chest of drawers.

The 3-floor house is very spacious and has a big living room area and garden. There are 2 bathrooms each shared between 2 housemates.

It's in a prime location - a 5-10 min walk to Seven Sisters station and South Tottenham overground. And you have the Woodberry wetlands and reservoir a short walk away.

You'll be living with 3 fantastic housemates, two who work in the charity sector and one is a primary school teacher. We like to hang out together in the evenings and do things together but we also have our own separate lives.

Bills come to around £100 per month.
