We're looking for a new housemate from November 1st.
This lovely, large room is on the first floor. It comes with a bed and a wardrobe.
The 3-floor house is very spacious and has a big living room area and a garden. There are 2 bathrooms, each shared between 2 housemates.
It's in a prime location - a 5-10 min walk to Seven Sisters station and South Tottenham overground. And you have the Woodberry wetlands and reservoir, a short walk away.
You'll be living with 3 fantastic housemates, two who work in the charity sector and one is a primary school teacher. We hang out together in the evenings and do things together sometimes but we also have our own separate lives.
Bills come to around £100 per month.
