Double room for rent in unattended flat

I live in a one bedroom flat. One room has my belongs and the other room empty and free for rent. I work 4 weeks away outside of London where my room will be locked and your room and the rest of the flat is available for only you. I will return for a week after the 4 weeks. Then will go away again for another 4 weeks. All bills are included and looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Seven sisters and turnpike lane are very close and there is access to 24hour shops walking distance.
