We’re a mixed group of people looking for a new queer-friendly flatmate. We value community, respect and diversity.

Our warehouse consists of, 20 bedrooms and 20 people (inc you) with a variety of professions and personalities ageing from the early '20s to ’60s. LGBTQ+ Friendly.

We have front and back gardens/outside spaces as well as large decking and beautiful plants. 4 Toilets, 3 showers, 1 bath, and a separate laundry room with 2 washing/drying machines. We value our cosy space so we have a large living area kitted out with speakers and a projector for movie nights. You'll have access to reliable fiber-optic internet, indoor bicycle rack, plenty of storage racking, and us beautiful human beings! We are also lucky enough to also have a really large amount of art/creative shared studio space, current uses include a huge sewing/costume workshop, painting and drawing space as well as a hotdesking area. We have plans to further develop the studios for additional creative endeavours.

The Room itself is situated on the ground floor near the living room & kitchen. It comes unfurnished.

Location: Situated in Arena Design Centre, a converted business estate for artists, creatives, and other free-thinker types. There are around 200 people living on the estate and it is quite a lively community.

We are located about 10/15 minutes from both Manor House and Seven Sisters tube stations, it has gated parking (subject to availability) and is around the corner from Sainsbury's/Aldi supermarkets.

Boring Bits: £750pcm plus £7 house kitty (all other bills and cleaner included) £750 deposit (To be paid into a deposit protection scheme with our trusted landlord of many years). Our landlord requires that you pay the deposit and first months rent up front, as well able to provide 3 months bank statements and eligibility to live in the UK.
