Large double room in Harringay

Hello,
We’re looking for a new addition to our house share in Harringay from 4th December.

It’s a large double room located on the first floor at the front of the property. It’s perfect for someone who loves their space. The house has a kitchen, a large living room, loads of storage and a back garden. The house is located a 10 minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line), a 10 mintue walk from Hornsey (National rail) and a 20 minute bus from Finsbury Park.

The deposit for the room is £750. The room usually comes unfinished, but the previous flatmate wants to leave the furniture here for £100.
Rent is £700, bills are about £150.

The land lady requires prospective tenants to be working full time and earning 3x the rent and sadly will not accept benefits. I had to provide 6 months of payslips/bank statements and a guarantor (which would not be needed if you earn enough) and pay a £50 admin fee. The referencing process can take a couple weeks.

Here’s some information about us (the current flatmates:
Petia:
A 25-year old who works as a bartender. Generally a quiet person with main hobbies being make up, digital drawing and reading. I’m usually out, but I’m often up to hang out whenever home.

Beth:
I’m Beth, a 25 year old Operations Manager working in nightlife. I’m super friendly and social and am usually up for anything! Hobbies include reading, writing and going to gigs, and I’m a big film person.

Ideally, we would like someone who would feel more like a friend than a flatmate. Oh and if you enjoy gardening that would definitely be a plus.
