Lovely double room in a shared 5 bed household. 5 minutes walk from Haringey Green Lanes station and 10 to Manor House. Near to Aldi, Sainsbury's.

Bills (including council tax) are around £60 each in summer, bringing the total to around £650, and a bit more in winter months.

Seeking a professional to join. You would be joining 2 ladies and 2 gents. All are professionals and enjoy getting together sometimes to socialise, but equally everyone respects one anothers space. The house is large, with a large kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. There is a garden where we have had bbq's in the summer.
The landlord is currently doing a bit of cosmetic work (painting and replacing the hall carpet), but the place is still cosy.
Room is at the top of the house, and is available now. Will likely start doing viewings from Monday 14th Oct.
