Hi! We are looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful person aged 30+ to join our house. We’re all full-time professionals, and this is not a party house – we treat it as a home, and we’d love to find someone who feels the same way. If that doesn’t describe you, it’s probably best not to apply.

Double room overlooking the patio(currently with a single bed)

One bathroom with bath/ shower (we're all on slightly different schedules, so never really clash)
Fully stocked kitchen large fridge, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc
Patio with furniture – this gets the sun throughout the day
Sheltered space for bike storage

You’ll be sharing with Julia (English, works in fashion PR) Collie (social media marketing) Carla (Irish, works in training for a members' club) We are all quite independent with our own things going on but at the same time love a good chat or to chill out and watch a movie or TV together

We all share cleaning responsibilities on a weekly rota for all communal areas and obviously clean up after ourselves day to day. It’s important to us that the new housemate can commit to this. We put a lot of effort in to make this a nice place to live and expect everyone to contribute to that.
If this is not something that you feel you can maintain then this is not the house for you.

Location:
We are in a pretty good spot as it's quiet here on a residential street, but we are not far from green lanes or crouch end, which have some lovely restaurants and cafes.

Just off Green Lanes, which has lots of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. Close by the Arena shopping centre which has a big Sainsbury's and Aldi and gym, there are a few parks in walking distance too Finsbury, Lordship and Woodberry Wetlands, a short bus ride to Alexandra Palace. There are also 2 Pictureshouse and Arthouse cinema as well as a Vue nearby, the Park theatre and several gyms

Nearest transport:
Manor House (Zone 2 Piccadilly Line)
Seven Sisters (Victoria Line & Overground)
Harringay Green Lanes (Overground)
Excellent bus links within a few minutes' walk

Bills:
Around £120/month (varies by season) – includes council tax, gas, electricity, WiFi, and water.

We are looking for housemates aged 30+.

References required, along with the first and last month’s rent as a deposit.

Initial 6-month contract, with the possibility to extend. One month’s notice required.
