I’m looking for someone to take my room in this lovely 4 bed house in Harringay!
Move in date between 28 Oct - 8 Nov (can be flexible)
The room is on the second floor overlooking the garden. The room was unfurnished originally, but I'm keen to sell the wardrobe, bed and mattress together for £175 (all bought new two years ago).
The House
Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen which has plenty of storage space, a dining table and access to the private garden and patio. There is also a living room, and a basement with a tumble dryer and lots more storage space. Upstairs is the bathroom (brand new flooring and shower put in a couple months ago), three of the four bedrooms and some hall storage space.
The Housemates
You’ll be living with Angharad, Emma and Grace - all students/professionals in their mid twenties. They are all great housemates - very friendly and chill, always up for a tea and a chat or a movie night! This is not a party house, a good fit would be someone who is laid back, clean and sociable. You’ll also be living with Nico - Angharad’s (adorable) cat, so cat people are preferred!
The landlords live next door and are super lovely and chilled, very quick to respond to any issues or help out in any way!
The Location
Located on a quiet residential street on the Harringay Ladder, 15 minute walk from Manor House and Turnpike Lane tube stations, 8 minute walk from Harringay station and Harringay Green Lanes overground. The house is really well connected by the Victoria, Piccadilly, Overground, and Great Northern line trains. We're also on several bus routes (29, 341, 141), so there are lots of transport options!
We're about 10 minutes from an Aldi and Sainsbury’s, and a minute away from Harringay Green Lanes which has lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, corner shops, a Tesco Express and a post office. We're about 15 minutes walk from Finsbury Park itself.

• Current tenancy ending March 2025, with potential to extend
