Huge double room with En-suite

Unfortunately, one of our housemates is unable to move with us so we have this room available. We are looking for someone or a couple to take this huge attic room with an En-suite with a bath.

There are 5 bedrooms in total, 2 kitchens, a living room and 2 other bathrooms. There is also a garden/patio at the back!

We are a group of creatives who are mainly actors, and one of us currently studies animation. We’re looking for people who really want to make this a home. We love cooking together, watching films and socialising, but we also like our own space from time to time. If that sounds like you, please get in touch with a bit about you :)

The move in date is the 10th of November.

Utilities and bills would total just under £100 a month pp. These are rough estimates based on the previous tenants so it could be higher or lower depending on usage.
