Looking for a friendly new housemate!

Hello future housemate!

We're looking for someone to move into our home as one of us is sadly leaving (as they're moving-in with their partner).

The remaining trio are: Kelsey (she/her, 32) who works in marketing and comms and loves running and travelling; Jasper (he/him, 33), who works in in tech and likes running and music; and Will (he/him, 34), who's in policy and enjoys going to gigs and rock climbing.

The house:
Our two-story house is on a quiet street with parks nearby. It has a living room and an amazing kitchen/diner pass-through to a south-facing garden. There's also two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower tub).

The room for rent:
Is on the first floor with peaceful view of the back garden. It gets plenty of natural light. The furniture that will stay and that is provided from the letting agency are: the white bedside table, the white chest of drawers and the mirror. The rest of the furniture is Dina's and she's happy to sell her bed frame and matress.

The neighbourhood:
The house is close to several vibey pubs, bars and restaurants. Finsbury Park is a few mins walk away and a 20-mins walk away is the Castle Climbing Centre and West Reservoir water centre.

Transport options are great, with Manor House, Harringay Green Lanes, and Harringay stations all in walking distances. There are plenty of buses as well as good cycle routes nearby, and on street car parking is available.

We like having a friendly and welcoming home - we have friends over from time to time and occasionally use the living room as a spare room if a friend’s visiting. Someone who's clean, wants to help make the house feel like a home, is keen for the odd pub trip, and is planning to stick around London for the foreseeable, would be a great fit 🙂

Bills come to around 115/month (internet, gas/energy, water and council tax).
