Looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to live? We have two double rooms available for rent in a peaceful neighborhood. Ideal for professionals seeking a place to call home.

Ideally you would be to be a professional who appreciates the peace and quiet of the house, and is keen to keep the space as clean as it can be. There’s a cleaner coming every two weeks to clean the house, and we all chip in for that. There’s a shared kitchen and bathroom and unfortunately no parking space, but there’s parking area on the street.

Bills come to around 120 - 150 per month. There is also a deposit to be paid of 500, that you will get back upon your release from the contract.

Lastly, the agency requires a credit check, work and last landlord references.
