Double room in modern penthouse apartment

I am looking to move out of my room in Haringey in the new year. Therefore, I am searching for someone to take this room on for the last 6 months of the contract, from the 1st January until it finishes at the end of June 2025.

It is a lovely double bedroom within a modern, top floor apartment in Haringey. This room comes furnished with bed (including comfy new mattress), wardrobe and side table.

The flat includes a new, open plan kitchen and large terrace providing an outside seating area with a great view over North London. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person, with the third flat mate having his own ensuite.

You would be joining two flatmates Tommy (29) and Scott (31), two young professionals who work around central London and occasionally from home. Both are laid back and easy to live with guys who looking for a similar, down to earth person to join them.

The flat is a social one, often with one football match or another on the large TV in lounge and the offer for a pint at the weekend at the fantastic local pub The Salisbury Hotel will rarely go refused. At the same time however, peoples personal lives and space are always respected.

Scott may also be moving on from the flat at some point in the new year to follow a new work opportunity in Europe.

Monthly bills come in normally around £200 that includes a cleaner who comes every other week.

Connections from this flat are great with nearby Green Lanes, Turnpike Lane and Finsbury Park stations providing fast access across north London and into central London.
