Double room in friendly houseshare

Hi there!

Sadly our flatmate is moving out in the middle of November and we’re looking for someone chilled and social to join us 4 in our lovely house.

We are 4 housemates at the moment (Joe, Rebekah, Vee and Tom), we've all lived together for various amounts of time over the last couple of years and get along well. We socialise together occasionally but we like to have our own space as well, as everyone has different schedules. We're a laid back, friendly bunch and both LGBTQ+ including and friendly.

We're also a creative house, into art and music. One of us plays the guitar and another the fiddle. It's the perfect environment to be in if you also play an instrument and want to feel comfortable practicing at home. Don't worry, we're sensible about volumes and cut off times.

The house is very big, a 5 bedroom house on a nice quiet road only 5 mins walk to Turnpike Lane tube station (Picadilly line) and Hornsey Rail station, as well as buses to central London (29, 141, etc.)

There is a lovely private garden where you can chill, enjoy a meal on a sunny day, garden and sunbathe.. The kitchen is very big and bright and leads to the garden.

The house has a living room, bathroom, a shower room, a separate toilet upstairs and one downstairs (we are definitely not short on those!).

The bedroom has a double bed and is on the first floor. Furniture can stay or be replaced, etc. whatever you prefer. The only thing that is not staying is the sofa.

The rent is £860 a month. Bills usually come to around £150 depending on the month. The deposit for the room is one month's rent.

The room is available from the mid November, so we're looking for someone who can move in soon.
