Looking for two people to take over our rooms in our humble abode as our new tenancy starts mid December.

- 2 double bedrooms available from 13th December to 4th January. £600 per room for whole period (not including bills)
- Closest tube station is Seven Sisters and is a 9 minute walk. Victoria line; easy to get into central London – around 20 minutes to King’s Cross.
- 8 minute cycle to Finsbury Park, 13 minute cycle to Stoke Newington, 17 minute cycle to Hackney Downs
- Newly refurbished, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and shared kitchen and lounge
- We also have a backyard space where we keep our bikes
- We like to keep a tidy household and we appreciate everyone doing their part
- Looking for a housemate who is respectful of a shared space.
- Smokers allowed
- Pets not allowed unfortunately :(
