Hello! We have a bright and spacious room available in our Victorian terraced flat and are looking for a housemate to join us.

- Plenty of space to add your own personal touches.
- Bright and cozy with charming Victorian features.

🏠 The House:

- A 3-bedroom Victorian house with a spacious living room, a big kitchen, and a large dining table – perfect for shared meals or relaxing evenings.
- The shared bathroom has a roomy shower.
- The house is welcoming and full of character, with plenty of plants adding a touch of greenery.

🗺 The Area:

- Located in Harringay, just a short walk from Finsbury Park and Alexandra, perfect for outdoor adventures!
- Close to Green Lanes, with loads of fantastic cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.
- Well connected: Turnpike Lane tube (Piccadilly Line), Green Lanes overground, and direct trains to Moorgate are all within walking distance.

👋 About Us:

Joseph is from New Zealand and loves live music, festivals, cycling, hiking, and cooking. Kate is from Shropshire and enjoys getting outdoors, dancing, reading, and hitting the gym. We’re both sociable and laid-back, with a close-knit group of friends.

We’re often out and about, but we love spending time at home too – whether that’s cooking, hosting a low-key dinner, or relaxing with a book. We’re looking for someone who has their own things going on but is also happy to join in with our plans from time to time.

We’re flexible on the moving date but likely from January onwards.
