Hey folks!
We have a couple rooms opening up in our warehouse in Harringay. The lease is also ending in the end of January, so we are looking for someone new and motivated to take over the role of head tenant. It’s a pretty cool place, so this is actually quite an opportunity for reinvention. The new lease is meant to start on the 01.02., which is when the 3 rooms will be free also.
The rent for each of the rooms is currently somewhere between 600-800£ without bills, unfortunately they should be considered as pencilled in, since we don’t know the details of the new lease and there might be an increase. Deposits for all the rooms are one month’s rent.
Bills are mostly around 60-90£.
There are five bedrooms, a huge living room area connected to the kitchen, a bathroom and another separate toilet. There’s also another small windowless room that can be rented on top of any room for an extra fee as an office/closet space/etc. We also have a terrace/garden area in the back that I’m excited to put some work into in the spring.
Who you’ll live with:
- I’m Marieke, 28, I work in hospitality and theatre. I enjoy doing any kind of crafts (badly, not going to lie), going out to the theatre, cinema, concerts and running and climbing.
- Frey, 28, another lovely human who also works in theatre.
We are looking for friendly, clean, responsible humans who will respect our warehouse as a shared home, but also recognize it as an opportunity for cool projects and self-expression.
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, there are many other parties in the warehouse district all the time that you can go to, but we are definitely open to pints at the pub, cooking together and lively kitchen discussions over a glass of wine.
