Hello! Welcome Crouch End. Your potential future home;). The flat is a mid-century Edwardian flat located in a highly desirable part of Crouch End right in the heart of the Broadway. The monthly rent is £2,500 including bills.

There are 2 decent sized double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a kitchen for whatever you need; and you are surrounded by bright original bay windows. It has recently been decorated so it’s beautifully bright. There is tonnes to do in Crouch End, not for the young party animal, but if you like nice restaurants, cocktail bars, art house cinema’s, juice bars and long walks - it’s literally perfect. Oh also there is a tennis club, cricket club, Virgin active (if you like sport) and loads of boutique fashion / furniture shops. Sometimes you never have to leave Crouch End which is also dangerous as you start becoming a real local and knowing all the faces. Which is actually good because it’s nice to have people in the area for a leisurely drink.

You’re also super close to Alexandra Palace and Priory park down the road from Highgate and West Hampstead. It’s super friendly, very safe and literally a joy to live in. Travel is easy, lots of transport links, 10mins bus to Finsbury Park for Victoria / Piccadilly line (40mins into central door to door) or 15min walk to the overland station, Hornsey, straight into Old Street or the City which takes around 35mins door to door.

I’m looking for someone who’s trustworthy and reliable who will take care of the flat like a home and therefore it’s really just about getting the right people. If it was my choice I’d never leave but I’m a father to be and will be moving in with my partner over in East London, which is also a beautiful thing.
