Double Room in Spacious Basement Flat Harringay

Hi! I'm looking for someone to replace my friend who is sadly moving out to go travelling.

The flat is really spacious and great for two people, with a lovely, bright open plan living room/hallway/kitchen, one shared bathroom and huge private garden! The bedroom is a good size and comes with a wardrobe and bed frame. The previous tenant is keen to leave her furniture for you as she won't be able to take it abroad, this is a mattress, desk and chair, although this can be discussed.

We've been living here for a year now and the area is great for transport, the Piccadilly line being only a 10 minute walk away (Manor House) or the overground 6 minutes away (Harringay Green Lanes). We're right on the park and have the Arena shopping centre a short walk away which has Aldi, Sainsburys, Superdrug, The Gym etc. Harringay/Finsbury Park also have loads of great pubs and restaurants. Our estate agent is pretty great also which seems rare to say and we've put a lot of love into the place which they've appreciated.

A bit about me, my name is Juliet, 27, and I'm a 2D animator working in post production. I've grown up in London but I can't say I know it any better than the next guy so always love hearing about things to do (especially if they're cheap). I like a little craft evening here and there so bonus points if you're down to get arty. I'm pretty clean, relaxed and independent so ideally would like someone similar and reliable to slot into flat life. We're not a big party household but obviously like a glass of wine/the pub/barbecues, all that good late 20's stuff.

I'm open to pets because of the garden/I'd like to hang with a dog but I don't know if that's crazy impractical/even allowed with the contract but we can chat!

The move in date would be earliest the end of Feb but its flexible into March.

Water is £27

so a total of £178.50 on top of the rent of £935

Just awaiting photos of the room itself also so bear with me on that...
