The house and the room are fully furnished.
The room is at the top of the house on its own floor, and features a beautiful en-suite, ample built-in storage, French doors, and skylights that fill the space with natural light. Additionally, the price includes a separate, well-sized studio/office with a window (on the floor below the bedroom).

The room has typically been rented by couples, as it's large enough to accommodate two people, but we're also happy to consider solo renters if someone is happy to take on the full price on their own.

You'd be sharing the house with me (Kate), Simon, Laurie. We're very friendly and I'm sure you will feel welcome. The house is super cosy, has a very large living room/kitchen area, and a nice big garden. It should have everything you will need and we really love living here.
