Current residents from mid 20s to late 40s with a range of interests and life-experiences.
Definitely bonus points if you're proactive and enjoy helping with some general glowing up the house and DIY, as we have a decent amount of freedom to make our own improvements.
Being LGBTQ+ supportive is a MUST. Smoking only outside.
Property itself is wheelchair accessible but the room is upstairs so unfortunately will not suit those of limited mobility.
Licensing means we can’t accept couples at the moment, sorry!
No fixed terms, but we do ask at minimum one calendar month's notice.
Shorter term arrangements will be considered, but ideally looking for a longer term housemate.
