Available immediately, the room features a comfortable king-size bed, two spacious fitted wardrobes, and comes with an adjustable electric standing desk (100x80cm), if you want it.

The flat is located just 10 minutes walk from Manor House tube, 20 minutes from Finsbury Park station, and a 5-minute walk to Finsbury Park itself. You'll also find big Sainsbury's, Aldi etc in the big shopping centre just a 5 minute walk away. The road (Hermitage Road) is very quiet.

You'll be sharing with me (Tristan) - I work from home, enjoy basketball, piano, reading, and board games. I like a relatively chill home and don't party hard. My girlfriend visits 1-2 nights weekly.

The first floor (where the room is) features a modern shared bathroom with rain shower. My upstairs (second floor) room also has an ensuite.

The flat also has a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, gas hobs), and a comfortable living area with large TV and soundbar. A professional cleaner visits fortnightly (included in rent). There is a third bedroom in the flat (also on the first floor), which I will likely also choose to rent out at a later stage.

The £950/month rent includes ALL bills - council tax, heating, water, high-speed internet (100+ Mbps), and cleaning.

Bike storage for 1 bike is available in a cyclehoop locker on the road.
