3-4 month sublet Double Room in Warehouse

3-4 month winter sublet available from 2nd November to mid/late February in our lovely little warehouse in Arena Design Centre, Harringay Warehouse District.

Our place consists of seven sizeable rooms, plus a large open plan living area with double height ceiling and huge windows, desk space, a spacious kitchen and two bathrooms. There’s room for bikes and we can sort a parking space if needed. We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

The room itself is on the first floor and is one of the largest in the house, with a lightwell and opening skylight.

We're aged between 26-33 and love getting together for house dinners, film nights or drinks on the weekend - but we’re not a party house.

We are a 12 minute walk from both Manor House and Seven Sisters stations and close to several bus lines that go into central and towards Dalston and East London. We also have a large Sainsburys a 5 minute walk away.

We have a house rabbit named Oti, so unfortunately can't accept any other pets.

Rent is £800 a month, bills included. Deposit is one month’s rent.
