- Very large double bedroom on the first floor (2floors total)
- Comes with bed, desk, chest of drawers, closet
- Garage to store bikes and a garden to chill.
- One bathroom only (4 bedrooms)
- NO LIVING ROOM

LOCATION
- Beautiful green spaces around: Finsbury, the reservoir, Clissold Park.
- Less than 5min from Haringay Green Lanes and many buses, 5-10min walk to Manor House.

HOUSEMATES
2m, 1f, 27-30, 2 x hybrid working, 1 x office, from various corners of the world.
M. - from Australia, works in marketing, enjoys pilates/running, wine and supports the Spurs. Is always cold.
J. - from Nottingham, works in Intelligence, plays guitar and enjoys impromptu traveling and pub crawls.
T. - newest recruit, vegetarian, from Oxford. Uses his hands to save lives (he is a surgeon), play video/boards games and rock climb.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE
- CLEAN: we're good at keeping things neat for others, and have a weekly cleaning rota. We would like someone who cleans without being asked.

- FRIENDLY: the kitchen is our living room. Though we're all busy and good at respecting each other's space, we enjoy a chat and occasionally share impromptu meals together. We'd love someone who sees the house as a home, not just a room they rent.

ADMIN
- Contract renews in October
- Rent due on 6th each month.
- Rent 625 + Bills 147.25. ~£772.25 in total
- Agency asks either for references or 3 month rent in advance.
- Moving in date: ideally before Christmas.
As long as the ad is up, the room is available.
