My bright, fully furnished bedroom in our lovely duplex flat will be available from the end of March, and we’re looking for someone to take my spot over the summer and possibly even later!

The room:
The room comes with a super comfy double bed (the mattress is brand new!), desk, chair, chest of drawers, additional drawers under the bed, wardrobe, a lovely view on the park just in front of the house, and lots of natural light.

The flat:
The flat has two floors, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a private garden with outdoor dining area and small bbq – perfect for the sunny days!

The location:

* Lively, but residential neighbourhood.

* Just 5 minutes away from Turnpike Lane tube station and bus terminus.

* Less than 10 minutes to a shopping center with a cinema, Primark, TK Maxx, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, restaurants, and gyms.

* Lovely parks close by.

* 3 minutes away from NHS clinic.

Your flatmates:
You’ll be living with three girls (aged 25-27), all from different backgrounds. We’re friendly, easygoing, and enjoy spending time together — whether it’s chilling at home or going out — but we also respect each other’s space and have our own routines.

Everything else:

* The room is available from the end of March (we can work out the exact move-in date together).

* If you’re interested, you would also have
the option to take over the lease long-term (a one-year contract).

* Rent doesn’t include bills, which are about £30 a month max (electricity, gas, WiFi, and water).

* This is an approved sublet with the landlord's consent, and an official contract will ensure your rental is secure.
